How do I enroll in a course?
Choose an available course and follow the checkout steps shown for your country. If payment confirmation is required, the checkout will explain the review step before you submit.
When can I access the course?
Access begins after payment is confirmed. Card-based Sakar Pro purchases are confirmed through Paddle; some instructor-led course payments may require review.
Can I study on my own schedule?
Yes. IELTS practice and English courses are available whenever your schedule allows.
Can I submit assignments?
Some courses include assignments. You can submit them through the platform where available.
Can I message the teacher directly?
Learning features depend on the course and platform capabilities. Available interaction options may vary.
Do you offer refunds?
You can request a 50% refund within 24 hours of payment. See the Refund Policy for details and your other rights.

How do I create a course?
Log in to the school dashboard and use the course creation tools to upload videos, set pricing, and manage content.
How do I earn from my courses?
Earnings depend on how learners enroll. Sales through your own referral lead to a higher revenue share, while platform-led sales are shared. Full details are in the Instructor Terms.
When do payouts happen?
Earnings are calculated monthly. Payouts are typically processed between the 1st and 5th of each month.
How are learner payments handled?
Available methods depend on the learner's country and product. International Sakar Pro card payments are processed by Paddle, while some course payments use locally supported methods.
What information do I need to receive payouts?
You may be asked to provide bank or payout details before payments are processed.

Referrals, commissions, and approved promotion.
How does the Creator Program work?
Creators share referral links to courses. When a learner enrolls through your link, you earn a commission.
How is revenue shared?
For creator-referred sales, the Creator earns 10%, the School earns 50%, and Sakar earns 40%.
When do creators get paid?
Creator earnings are calculated monthly. The Sakar team processes eligible payouts and can confirm the applicable method and timing for each creator.
Can I promote any course?
Only approved courses may be promoted. Misleading promotion is not allowed.
